•  You  can  use  would  (‘d)  to  talk  about  situa<ons  which:

 -­‐  you  feel  aren’t  real  or  won’t  happen.  
i.e.  I  live  in  a  small  flat,  but  my  dream  home  would  have  a  big  
garden  and  a  swimming  pool.
