Possible cause Analyzing/Measures

Malfunction or freeze of CPU
Analyzing: Turn off the machine completely and turn on the
machine. Check 1 and 2.
※If you cannot turn off the I/O sw, turn off the power
breaker and turn on the machine.
1. Check cooling fan works.
2. Check the environment around the machine
whether the equipment which generate the
electromagnetic noise.
Measures: 1. Clean the air filter. If cooling fan does not work,
change it with new one.
2. Take the equipment which generate the noise
from the machine.
After reboot the machine, check the setting including
the treatment.
※Even this alarm appears after the reboot,
do the following check.

Harness between mother PCB and LCD display PCB Measures: Turn off the machine and reconnect the harness.
is disconnected. See Maintenance Manual 11.5(wiring diagram)

Harness between mother PCB and LCD display PCB Measures: Replace the harness.
is damaged. See Maintenance Manual 11.5(wiring diagram)

Power to LCD display PCB is not normal.
Malfunction of LCD display board
Analyzing: Check the connection of power supply unit, mother
PCB and LCD display PCB.

Measures: Reconnect the harness.
Measures: Replace LCD display board
