Possible cause Analyzing/Measures

Abnormal data in Battery Back-UP RAM on the Analyzing: Check whether Calib. Data is normal value.
Control board See Maintenance Manual 14.3(Setting Items on Each Screen)

Measures: Initializing the "Parameter" and "Calibration" data.

NOTE: Before operate the Initializing, please take memo for all data.
And reimput the data to the mahcine after initialized.
NOTE: Check whether "Message history" or "Maintenace data" value
are normal value. If you found any abnormal value, please Clear them.

Due to the damaging of harness between Conductivity boAnalyzing: ・Check whether harness between Conductivity board and
and Mother board. 　 Mother board is not damaged.

Measures: Taping the harness for prevent the short circuit again.

Abnomal power supply to the Control PCB.
Analyzing: ・Check whether harness between Power supply and Mother
　 board is connected properly.

Measures: Connect the harness properly
