Our Rules

1. We don’t steal.
2. We are always on time.
3. If we cannot come to work, we inform in the group chat as soon as possible.
4. We carefully use all machines and products. It is not a big problem if
something breaks, but you have to inform Gaia or Camil immediately so we
can replace it.
5. We are a team and work together.
6. There is nobody above the others and we treat each other with respect.
7. We all help each other.
8. We talk to each other – it is important to learn to communicate with
everyone in the team.
9. We work for our guests – always remember the guests pay our salary.
10. We are all responsible for this place to be at its best.
11. Cleaning and hygiene have to be priorities.
a. Personal:
i. Shower every day.
ii. Wash your hand often – always when arriving to the restaurant and after
being to the toilet.
b. Restaurant:
i. We all help to keep the place clean and nice.
