I. BACKGROUND
 Milk Tealicious, one of the popular milk tea brand in Pampanga owned and operated
by Varlava Foods Corporation. In December of 2018, Milk Tealicious entered the milk
tea scene by opening its first branch in Sta. Lucia Resettlement, Magalang,
Pampanga.

The simplicity of its name, which obviously shows a combination of the words “MILK
TEA” and “DELICIOUS” tells that way back then, the milk tea industry was not as
complicated as it is at present. Since then, variety of Milk Tea, Fruit Tea and special
blends, among others, are being offered to customers from almost all walks of life.
Unique flavors blended with excellent customers service is provided by MILK
TEALICIOUS to connect with its customers.

A. What are their offered goods or services? What kinds of inventory do they keep in

order to keep track of their business performance?

Milktealicious provided bubble tea and flavored juices. As the company grows, it is

critical to have a system in place to help keep track of sales. They build a powerful

tool that the company will trust and rely on based on their activity and the number

of inventory of the products being sold every day. Milktealicious' Sales Prediction

with Data Mining will highlight their business transactions.

 B. How do they manage their inventory? What are the inventory ordering policies

in place? Discuss how they do it.

According to the study of Digital Carmen Warehouse's POS and Inventory Control

System, Their automated system can be used in inventory processing to minimize or

solve problems. Furthermore, the feasibility of filling, recording, retrieving,

classifying, storing, and retrieving. Their inventory system can provide searching,

which improves the company's performance. Milktealicious will be able to closely

monitor its inventory and sales flows, as well as provide accurate and up-to-date

reports, systematic record keeping, and other intangible advancements, thus

providing quality service to its clients This will enable them to have good and faster

reporting of items, which will boost their productivity and reduce the crew's

workload.

3. Give areas for improvement on the said policies that they  use. Provide a suggestion

on how they can do it better so they can gain better profit with less expense.

The general problem for Milktealicious is that it has growing sales and fast-moving

items, which will be covered in the monthly report, as well as the integration of

loyalty points to their loyal customers to give the customer a new level of experience

when it comes to points and how they will redeem an item. Also, to make taking

inventory and monthly daily sales easier for the crew and owner. Their system's goal
is to create a good inventory system, point of sale service, and other features.

Milktealicious' loyalty mobile application includes delivery mapping.

4. Discuss the importance of Inventory Management in the said business.

The "Milktealicious Inventory system" will be beneficial not only to the

not only to the company, but also to the clients and suppliers In doing so, the

researchers take into account the other beneficiaries as well. The system would be

especially useful to the following groups:

Clients. This system will provide them with accurate information, quick transactions,

and easy access. It will take less time for them to wait for the receipt because the

computation will be done easily and incorrect item computation will be avoided.

Suppliers. This system will assist suppliers in tracking down all invoices and product

reports. This makes it easier for them to locate the purchased order. The supplier will

be able to determine the product that needs to be delivered using its updated

inventory.

Cashiers. Because the system makes product calculation simple, the cashier will save

time when conducting business transactions. It will reduce human errors on the

cashier's side by providing accurate computation of the items sold when conducting

transactions with customers.
