area wherein the business could encounter a lot of potential customers out there. Since the
location that was chosen is very populated and it is on the highway it will be easier for the business
to gather the people’s attention. For the trends, Las Pastas Unicas will be making something that

dignity of the business must be maintained., and the business's name and dignity must be
preserved.

steps that must be followed during the production process. By following this manufacturing quality
control flowchart, the Las Pasta Unicas can ensure that only the highest quality pasta products are
served to customers.

 Product Received: In a pasta product restaurant business, the product received is the first
step of the manufacturing control process. This involves receiving the necessary
ingredients and materials to produce pasta products from suppliers. This includes things
such as pasta, coconut milk, vegetables, spices, and any other ingredients needed to make
the SpaGata product. Las Pasta Unicas should verify that the ingredients are of the highest
quality and meet the necessary standards. This is done by inspecting the ingredients for
any potential defects and ensuring that they are up to the restaurant's quality standards.
 Product Meets Standard: Once the ingredients have been received, Las Pasta Unicas
should make sure that they meet the standards set for the production of the pasta products.
This is done by conducting tests on the ingredients to ensure that they are of the correct
quality and that they are free from any contamination. The tests should also include
checking the consistency, texture, and flavor of the ingredients to ensure that they meet the
restaurant's standards.
 Processing: Once the ingredients have been received and verified to meet the necessary
standards, the restaurant can begin processing them into the desired pasta product. This
involves mixing the ingredients together in the correct proportions and then shaping the
pasta products into the desired shapes. This process should be done in a clean and
sanitary environment to ensure that the pasta products are safe to eat.
 Quality Checking: Once the pasta products have been processed, Las Pasta Unicas
should then conduct quality checking to ensure that the pasta products meet the necessary
standards. This involves checking the appearance, texture, flavor, and other quality-related
factors of the pasta products. This is done to ensure that the SpaGata products are of the
highest quality and meet the necessary standards.

processes. By enhancing these processes, the finished product is more likely to satisfy the
criteria of the business. The business makes sure that the procedures used to create, test,
and produce products are done properly. Additionally, a step-by-step process flow is

likelihood of potential injury, but it may lead to errors that could result in lowered quality. The
business upholds cleanliness and would prefer not to encounter a worker compensation
claims or potential legal action, not to mention less productivity and serious risks to
employee’s safety. Consistency can be maintained by posting an easy-to-read sign in the
right place to remind workers to double-check cleaning standards. Before they even set foot
on the manufacturing floor, every employee should be aware of the value of organization
and cleanliness. The mission statement and principles of a company should make
maintaining a safe workplace a top concern.
 Hold Unscheduled Equipment Use Tests. Unscheduled use testing of machinery and
equipment is conducted by the company as a kind of safety pop quiz in an effort to enhance
quality control procedures in production and help guarantee that all employees are effective
and safe while working. Make it an ongoing practice to motivate them to continually comply
by rules and stay in line. Answers that are outside of the acceptable range and may result in
safety violations or poor-quality standards are noted by the company. The company will
take immediate action to hold workers accountable if they continue to break safety or
quality standards.
 Identify Essential Spare Parts. To deal with equipment failure-related problems quickly
and effectively, the business maintains a steady inventory of spare parts. When necessary,
maintenance can be carried out proactively to avoid failures from happening in the first
place, repairs can be conducted without company having to wait for a vital part to show up.
The company makes sure staff members are aware of how to access extra parts after an
inventory has been made. This will make sure that staff members are aware that spare
parts are constantly accessible and stop them from continuing to use equipment that is
risky or doesn't meet quality control standards.
 Ensure Managers Are Properly Trained. Training is the first step in building a strong and
efficient management team. This is why the company offers training that covers how to
create and enhance procedures related to quality control and safety. The first step in
developing a strong management team is training. This is the reason the business offers
training that covers how to create and enhance procedures related to quality control and
safety. The business makes sure the management are aware of the significance of quality
