Customer Tab
Click on the Customer tab to enter Customer details.
NOTE - If a customer has ordered previously, their details will automatically show on the screen. For
privacy, DO NOT read the address to the caller. Instead, ask the caller to confirm their details.
DELIVERY Enter phone number. To enter phone number, click into the Phone # field and use keypad.
NOTE - Ensure you enter phone number first. If phone number is entered second or
after, then all customer details will disappear.
To enter a mobile number, click into the Phone # field, remove area code numbers by clicking
backspace and use the keypad to enter the mobile number.
Enter address.
NOTE - The word 'Suite' refers to Unit / Apartment / Complex number (i.e. Unit 3B).
ORDERED PICK UP Enter phone number. To enter phone number, click into the Phone # field and use keypad.
NOTE - Ensure you enter phone number first. If phone number is entered second or
after, then all customer details will disappear.
To enter a mobile number, click into the Phone # field, remove area code numbers by clicking
backspace and use the keypad to enter the mobile number.
LIGHT Equals half the normal serve (i.e. less cheese, less sauce).
DOUBLE Equals 1 extra serve (i.e. equals 2 serves if this ingredient is not already on the pizza).
TRIPLE Equals 2 extra serves (i.e. equals 3 serves if this ingredient is not already on the pizza).
Pizzas Tab - Cooking Instructions
Click on the Cooking Instructions button to input specific cooking instructions requested by the customer.
• Enter customer requirements in the blank notes section (i.e. 'allergic to prawns'). These notes will go directly
to the makeline for the Pizza Makers to see.
• Click the Well Done button if the customer wants their pizza cooked for longer.
• Click the No Pork or Clean Cut Blade if the customer requests this.
Add Discount
Click on the Add Discount button to apply a discount to the customer's order.
• Click on the Tax and Total button to see discount options.
• Click the Add Discount button select the discount type you wish to apply.
NOTE - Manager approval is required to use this feature.
Payments Tab
Click on the Payments tab to take CASH payment from the customer.
• Click on the Cash button.
• Click on the Now button.
• Click on Adjust Amount button or enter the exact amount of cash given by the customer using the keypad.
NOTE - Pulse is not linked to the cash drawers so moststores ONLY use the Payments tab for CASH sales.
Finish Tab - Delivery Instructions
Click on the Finish tab to confirm order and enter delivery instructions.
Click the Instructions button and select the appropriate instruction.
NOTE - Any delivery instructions written here will appear onthe customer's receipt.
