 Take in charge the Health, Safety, Environment issues during all phases of the
project “construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning
 Check method statement for specifics activity
 Ensure that a safe and healthy workplace and works are maintained at all times;
 Ensure that proper instruction, training and supervision are provided to all
personnel;
 Assess training needs for personnel, and request to provide the necessary
courses;
 Take the lead role in accident or incident investigations relating to personnel or
property under my charge, and ensure that the necessary reports are submitted
in good time;
 Conduct regular Health, Safety, Environment inspections and risk assessments;
 Attend all required meetings;
 Ensure the compliance with the identified environmental protection
requirements during the construction activities;
 Ensure that all subcontractors do the toolbox talk; JSA before every activities
