 Champion the compliance with the HSE Plan with zero tolerance for non-compliance;

Duties include:
 Responsible for conducting activities in accordance with CNL’s HSE standards.
 Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Program and ensuring incorporated
materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
 Responsible for ensuring that RESTORATION CONTRACTOR collects spoil / sand from
approved government commercial borrow pit.
 Responsible for ensuring that the RESTORATION CONTRACTOR supplies and spreads
approved native soil to depth of 200mm on impacted area at top of the pit, demolished
areas and excavated areas.
 Ensuring that Contractors ultimate level of the native soil shall match the general grade.
The native soil shall be such as to support the vegetation to be planted on the soil to full
growth.
 Ensuring that Contractors RESTORATION CONTRACTOR allows for the absorption of the
native soil and that RESTORATION CONTRACTOR plants grass and/or crops to restore
the vegetation to match the vegetation of the general area for each of the sites.
 Responsible for assuring that the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and
workmanship are utilized in the project work.
 Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project

removal of shrubs, plants, and debris and organic materials.
 Responsible for ensuring that RESTORATION CONTRACTOR removes all shrubs, plants,
debris and organic materials from burrow pits to appropriate dump sites prior to filling
the pit.
 Responsible for ensuring that RESTORATION CONTRACTOR sand fills the pits found at all
the sites found at these locations.
 Responsible for ensuring that RESTORATION CONTRACTOR Supply and spread approved
native soil to depth of 200mm on impacted area at top of the pit.
