DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Implementation of project HSE Plan on job site & continuously monitoring

➢ Participate and make arrangements for emergency drills.
➢ Monitors and implement control measures for sub-contractors.
➢ Conducting Safety induction, TBT and training for the employees, Subcontractors and Visitors
➢ Maintain the documentation and record for environment and EHS Trainings as per official
requirements.
➢ Ensure all Work force are Supplied with adequate and proper PPE and ensure proper usage.
➢ Train all Employees on the proper usage of PPE, Specific or General Participate all the Safety
Meeting and inform Employees and Management about the issuesdiscussed.
➢ Ensure PTW system is implemented on SITE for high-risk activities.
➢ Reporting, and helping in investigation of accidents of injuries, damage and progress loss.
➢ Prepare and post HSE Signs on SITE according to hazards.
➢ Daily HSE report gives to Safety Engineer, Safety Supervisors.
➢ Ensure the workers / supervisors are having related risk assessment and are communicated
to those involved in activities by TBT etc.
➢ Help management in conducting and making arrangements for HSE audits.
➢ Participate in Site safety walkthrough with clients and giving instruction on the spot to job
supervisors and Safety officers for immediate rectifications.
➢ Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag system.
 ➢ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
➢ Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
