RolesResponsibilities:-

 Administering appropriate safe work practices / procedures for the project.

 Conducting Weekly Safety Self-Assessments, tracking performance and reporting trends to site management.
 Maintaining all safety related records and files associated with the project.
 Lead and assist in accident / incident investigations to ensure all accidents and incidents are properly
investigated including near miss incidents, first aid cases, all recordable cases, chemical spillage incidents,
property damage, etc..
 Complete and distribute applicable reports.
 Chair the weekly meeting with Contractures safety supervisors.
 Monitoring the behavior of the people and provide coaching to change the attitude and behavior positively
towards working safely and instills “think before acting” and “Value of human life”..
 Ensure complete implementation of all corrective actions and recommendations resulted from safety auditing
and incident investigations.
 Support Project and Site Managers with all aspects of Site safety to ensure compliance with project Health and
Safety regulations
 Checking and monitoring the designated work area.
 Fire protection, Fire Fitting systems and necessary training.
 Close Contact with safety officers and help them to solve the site problems.
 To receive the daily observations reports and submit to safety Manager.
 Assisting safety Manager for preparing annual HSE objectives and action plan.
 Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities.
 Make sure that before beginning any job there is necessary work permit.
 Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smokes and heat detectors, Conducting drills.

Able to climb and balance up and down ladders, scaffolds and similar devices using feet, legs, hands and arms to
perform tasks such as inspection of job site. Have coordination between hand-eye, eye-hand-feet and good eye sight.
