RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Conduct Tool Box Talk with work force for safe work.
● Ensuring permit to work system (PTW) at site before starting activities.
● Maintaining proper housekeeping.
● Ensure first aid and fire prevention facilities are maintained.
● Carry out inspections of firefighting equipment and rigging equipment at site
● Implementation of procedure for Hot Work, Cold Work permits.
● Ensure portable fire extinguisher, pressurized fire hose and fire blanket booth during hot
work inside battery limit Area.
● Ensure inspected and approved fall arrest system used while working at height.
● Ensuring of lifting plan, inspection and documentation of crane before lifting activities.
● Ensure color code policy for lifting gears/equipment and electric power tools for
inspection.

● Check scaffolding – TAG system before carrying out work.

● Maintaining and updating site safety statistics.
● Taking care and awareness regarding environmental safety
● Organizing, monitoring & coordinating Safety awareness program, loss prevention
program at sites.
● Highlight wrong practices being followed, which are not meeting safety requirements &
recommend corrective action. Keep records of the same.
● Responsible to check worker welfare facilities such as drinking water station, toilets,
smoking shelters and prayer shelters are available.
● Evacuation site workers, guide to assembly point and head counting during an
emergency.
● Responsible to Report and coordination with the HSE Manager.
● Ensure safe work practices are being followed by all employees at workplace.
● Secure the safe of the public in the area by providing proper barricade and falling hazard
protection.
