issuance in order to ensure that the employees are protected from safety hazards in the
project / site.

 Manage schedules and conduct of Safety inspection at all project sites on a periodic basis to
timely identify potential safety issues or non-conformances.

 Manage the Medicine stock registry at the project as part of the requirements set by the
Customer / Division.

 Manage the development, scheduling and delivery of Safety Orientations and Training

Seminars on different HSE topics to all direct Employees in the site, as per the requirements
of the Customer and the project.

 Oversee the liaison with the Customer / Contractor’s safety representatives, including
attending all HSE related meetings with client, to ensure the Project’s compliance to the
HSE standards set by the Customer / Contractor.

 Manage the timely conduct of safety toolbox meetings on a daily and weekly basis for all
projects / site teams.

 Oversee the investigation of Safety non-conformance and accidents in order to identify


potential issues which can be resolved to prevent similar events from happening again.

 Oversee the preparation of Project HSE status and other statistical reports for management
reference and decision making.

 Plan and develop the Division’s HSE policy, objective and plans to improve and enhance
the capability of the Division to implement its HSE activities and programs in the most
efficient manner.

 Evaluate the HSE Policy and objectives on a periodic basis, to ensure its effectiveness
against local and international standards and regulations.

 Liaise with the government’s Civil Defense and other relevant agencies for new or revision
of HSE regulations which will affect the Division’s policies and standards.

 Be updated on new developments on standards, practices and technology related to Health,


Safety and Environment in order to analyze its potential impact against cost and risks.

 Oversee the development of the Project’s HSE Manual, combining Division and
Customer’s HSE standards.

 Generate programs, initiatives, guidelines, procedures and other related matters aim to
educate, train and encourage employees to comply with the Division’s HSE policy and
standards.

 Review and evaluate the current HSE policies and practices to ensure that they
are appropriate and effective; conduct hazards and risk assessments to change
existing policies or recommend new policies.
