How to check your device type(LDU/RDU)
Go to Settings > About device > Model number
 LDU - If the Model number is SM-G960X, SM-G965XU then your phone is LDU
 RDU - If the Model number is not SM-G960X, then your phone is RDU
(for example, SM-G965U/SM-G960F)

2) If Wi-Fi is available, connect to it
3) Set Date/Time correctly
4) Finish setupwizard

14. Wait activating Process on Samsung Retail Mode ■ Device will be registered on RMS server automatically,
if your device connected on Wi-Fi network during activation

When you download files on computer

1. Prepare “SAMSUNG_RETAILMODE.apk, RetailContent.main” files
- Update package is available on PVI(http://pvi.samsung.com)
- Update package is available on RetailSamsung(http://retailsamsung.com)

2. Connect the phone with your computer, click ‘ALLOW’ button in “Allow access..” pop-up
3. Copy “SAMSUNG_RETAILMODE.apk and RetailContent.main” files into “Download” folder on your phone

1. Run browser application to download 2 files(SAMSUNG_RETAILMODE.apk, RetailContent.main)

- RDU package is available on RetailSamsung(http://retailsamsung.com) after unpack
2. Select the title which you want to download
3. Click “SAMSUNG_RETAILMODE.apk and RetailContent.main” files to download
