1. Account activation and Password Setup

• You will receive an account activation mail from notification@sapnetworkmail.com as shown below.
Please click on button “Click here to activate your account” to activate your account.

2. Create your password

• Please set your Password and click on save.
Note: This password will be additional password to remember for SAP Fiori Launchpad.

 • You will see below message once account will get activated.

• Profile view
o Email ID or Login Name (SAP ID) are the best option from which you can login.

• You have successfully activated your account.

3. Accessing Fiori App on Desktop

• Please open below Fiori Launchpad URL in desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and login.

4. Accessing Fiori App on mobile Phone/Tablet
• Install Intune company portal from Play store or App store

• Once Intune Company Portal is installed login with your Domain ID and Password.
• Search for Keyword ‘Fiori’ or ‘SAP Fiori Client’
• Download SAP Fiori Client app from ABB company portal only.

 • Once it is installed open “SAP Fiori Client”
• Read End user License Agreement and press on Accept
• Scan below QR code by clicking QR scan button to enter auto-fill URL or enter below URL.
• In case want to scan QR Code: Provide access to SAP Fiori app to access your camera to scan.

• Once URL is entered press OK

• Create a local passcode for extra security or if you want you can skip it by clicking on Disable Passcode.

 • Enter Email ID and your Password created for SAP Fiori Launchpad.
• Then you will be redirected to Fiori Launchpad where you can access all the App Assigned to your Role.

5. Resetting SAP Fiori Client Mobile App

This step is only applicable when you want to change the Fiori launchpad URL in SAP Fiori Client app.
This will be required for all Users doing UAT because SAP Fiori Client app will be common for all client and at a
time you can use only one client.

To Reset please follow below steps.

• Please Log into the Fiori client app

• Android: Double tap on the screen. You will see on right upper corner. Please click on this Setting.
• IOS: Double tap on main screen and your will get setting option.
