Important Note:

The testing environment is only used for training and testing purposes. Any tickets logged in this environment will not be actioned. If services
are required, the production environment must be used.
Setting up the web application
Step 1:
1. Navigate to the test or production environment link for the platform UI

Important Note:

The application works best with the Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox browsers. ServiceNow is not designed to work on internet explorer.
Step 2:
1. Login using your organizations single sign-on process using your IHS
towers account
