    CHEMISTRY REPORT

    1. Friends have set targets beyond the minimum target that I have set based on their results
    during PenKAK and taking into account the latest level of understanding

    2. Friends receive schedules and assignments and must submit them upon completion or
    before the due date.
    3. Compiled papers will be kept in their respective chemistry files, and for those who lost
    their module, they will have to pay for a new copy as the first copy is completely free.
    4. I will consult the teacher if there are questions since me myself am not yet fully proficient.
    Every module I have compiled may have errors and will be edited if necessary.
    5. The test scores from the exercises and all problems and questions will either be written
    on this sheet or attached with it.

    the scheme or the scheme is not available for certain questions, then I will ask everything to
    Teacher Adibah or Sir Azemi.
