4. Cook on medium heat, stirring in between, till curry leaves and garlic pieces turn brown(took me
about 30-40 minutes)
5. Remove the pan from heat and leave it aside for 10-12 hours/overnight
6. Next day strain the oil and add almond, castor and vitamin E oil
7. Massage on the scalp twice a week and keep on hair for 2-3 hours
9. Keep about 1 cup for use and put the rest in refrigerator for later use
Notes
If Vitamin E oil is not available, open a vitamin E capsule/gel and remove the gel on your palm. Mix
it with the hair oil and massage on the scalp. I did not have hibiscus flowers, but I do recommend it
as its very beneficial for hair. Use the best coconut oil that's available. Since we have used onions
and garlic and even though they have been fried well in the oil, its best to put the remaining oil in the
fridge and just keep enough for one month on the counter.
