received your payment through this Zelle account up to date until the month of May 2022, for
the purchase of food in our establishment, change of Zelle balance to cash, personal loans for
household goods and miscellaneous for your home among others, but that since June 1, 2022
and until the date of this letter, you have been indebted to us for the same items described
above and that payment commitment has not been honored nor has it been paid to our
different Zelle accounts from your husband's account or under any other payment method,
for which reason you owe us an amount of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty and Thirty
Cents (S6,980.30)expressed in United States Dollars (USD).
Even when we received your statement in which you said that the bank of America account
was closed by your husband and that it was the account used to make your payments, does
not exempt it from the commitment it still you have with us.
Therefore, we request both parties to pay what is owed within the period between the present

legal matters, including a letter to Bank Of America for the payment to be made. With
