AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY AND ONE AND THE

SAME PERSON

I, BIENVENIDA S. MABILANGAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, with

present address at Upli, Alfonso, Cavite after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state, that:

1. On my papers, records and documents indicate my name as BIENVENIDA S.

MABILANGAN which is my true and correct name;

2. That however, on cancelled Tax Declaration of Real Property No. 01 032 01810
erroneously indicates my name as AIDA instead of BIENVENIDA being my
true and correct name; and said error was maybe that I am known by publicity of
my name AIDA;

3. I attest that the name BIENVENIDA S. MABILANGAN which appears in my

papers, records and documents and AIDA S. MABILANGAN which appears on
cancelled Tax Declaration of Real Property No. 01 032 01810 belongs to ONE
AND THE SAME PERSON who is the undersigned;

4. That this Affidavit is being executed to attest to all the above-facts and for all
legal intents and purposes.
