Bison and Sea Urchin
It is larger and has a broad heavy head that is carried low and cannot be raised to shoulder
level. It is a meat that's mainly sourced from a large, North American mammal that once
roamed the Great Plains region in abundance. They feed primarly on grasses, but when
food is scarce, they will eat vegetation such as sagebrush.
