In reference to the University’s Calendar of Activities and our Basic and Advance
ROTC curriculum, our ROTC Unit has scheduled the Closing ceremony for Basic
and Advance ROTC on 25 June 2022 at 08:00 o’clock at the SKSU gymnasium.
COL FLORENCIO P POLITUD INF (GSC) PA, the Group Commander of 12 th
Regional Community Defense Group will be our Keynote Speaker.

In this regard, we are requesting for your availability on said date to deliver an
inspirational talk to our graduating cadets and to receive the awards and recognition.
Likewise, we will be requesting for approval on the use of the University gymnasium
and its facilities such as the monobloc chairs for the convenience of our cadets.
