certain information –need original PPO to verification and disseminate certain information to

With reference to the 1 st cited above T.Sanyasi raju has represent to this office regarding
for seeking certain information requested under RTI Act-2005.The application photo copy is
herewith forwarding for immediate action.

With reference to the 2 nd cited A1 has gave U.O Note to this section for submit the
information under RTI Act. After verification of application it is noticed that there is need lot of
information in the original PPO which is already handover the Accountant (A2) to Strong room on
25/10/2019. The copy of handover is here with forwarding for reference.

As the information submitted after thoroughly scrutinizing the original PPO. Sharrof in
charge of strong room directed to hand over the original PPO to this section immediately as RTI is
time bound, delay in submitting information create complication as the applicant may go for
information commission.
