5. Describe the interface of SAP Business One. How does this kind of interface enable organizations
to perform their daily business tasks?

 The SAP Business One is a business management system where many companies used
to make their business systems organized. Initially, it was confusing to use SAP business
One but once you get used to it is easy to use. It can help companies and its employees to
do their task with a convenient way to manage their daily task like accounting and
financials, purchasing and inventory.

6. Describe and explain the part of the menu bar and navigation tools in SAP Business One. Why do
you think SAP Business One came up with this kind of design?

 I think SAP business One came up with this kind of design to make user comfortable to
use a to more convenience of merging and interacting with the team members. To sum up,
SAP is user- friendly and well-organized business management software.
