Ingredients:
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, and thyme)
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, salt, and black
pepper.
2. Add the chicken to the marinade and turn it to coat well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. The longer you marinate, the more flavor the
chicken will have.

1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
Juice of 1 lime

3. Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, rice
vinegar, and black pepper.
2. Add the chicken to the marinade and turn it to coat well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. The longer you marinate, the more flavor the
chicken will have.
