Responsibilities:
 Designed and developed three financial instruments trading platforms, namely, stock trading
platform, forex trading platform and commodity trading platform using ColdFusion/Lucee
technology as one of a fintech founders, the startup is in “stealth mode”, but demo is available
upon request.
 Implemented several PoC private or hybrid blockchain projects. One of them is to prevent
medical fraud, another is to create blockchain technology training materials including the
creation of a hyper ledger Fabric courses titled “Introduction to Hyper ledger Fabric”. Several
IBM engineers working on Fabric have reviewed it and they liked it. Linux Foundation has
approached me about it as well. I then created a set of more advanced hyper ledger Fabric
training materials on “Developing Web Application leveraging hyper ledger Fabric blockchain

 Blockchain PoC applications include a land registration project, a credential verification project,
a small financial application, a market place PoC project and a healthcare/EHR MVP project and
several other PoC projects in “steal” mode. I completed the entire
 Process for each such application or project. Due to NDAs, I'm not in position to discuss more of
each project.
 Various web projects, among which, one was about real estate property leasing, a startup
company launched by a businessman in Florida. My work includes translating his requirements
into web application functionality for Leasing Agents. The application allows leasing agents to
capture complex data input and save them into a SQL Server 2017 database.
 All the back-end applications are developed using Lucee (a ColdFusion variant).

Responsibilities:
 A work-flow-based web application called TIPS (Title Insurance Production Software) for the
real property title insurance industry using Lucee (a ColdFusion variant).
 It may seem hard to understand for those who do not know this niche industry. But paying close
attention and spending a little bit more time on it would help.
 Data Visualization web application.
 A most recent web app that leverages the INDEED API for automatic job retrieval from the
INDEED (job site) for recruiters using Railo (a ColdFusion variant, predecessor of Lucee).
 Please note: it involves 3 processes of defining interested jobs, calling INDEED API to retrieve
such jobs and exporting such information into an Excel file (It's an .XLS file, thus, ignore Excel's
noise of incompatible file. It's an Excel file!)
 A recent web app, an interactive map that helps a real estate title service company to visually
present their price quotes for all US states and counties. And it supports mobile access as well.

Another web project is a property title report tool for title researchers. This web app allows a title
researcher to enter or edit title research information into a sophisticated web form, and to save data to a
relational database system and convert such data into a nice looking PDF document. Thus, it enables the
title researcher to easily and quickly enter title information and present an easy to read PDF report to
his/her time demanding client.

Responsibilities:
 Designed and developed a note-taking and study software tool for secondary, post- secondary
students and college student learners.
 Knowledge Notebook is unique because it has both note-taking functionality as well studying
capability. Tools behind it includes Railo (ColdFusion), HTML, Javascript, CSS, Javascript
libraries including Ext JS and Ajax, and most importantly, proprietary algorithms.
 Designed and developed a real estate agent productivity tracking web application, an order
processing and web email client application, utilizing Railo (ColdFusion), MS SQL Server 2008
R2, HTML/jQuery and CSS.
 Designed and developed a sophisticated pricing and quote system including extensive reporting
for a company in Virginia (company name withheld due to NDA) for their sales team. It provides
a sales rep the ability to create a quote with 1 to 20 line items (parts) in PDF format.
 And it supports three levels of users.
 Technologies includes Railo (ColdFusion), MS SQL Server 2008 R2, HTML and Javascript and
