THE BEACHY

DeltaindiadeltasierraSelarom

(1) The bashing of winds made Died crossed her arms to lessen the coldness she felt even before
she accepted Eddi’s invitation to walk along the shore.

(2) No one was there except them, and this made the situation better.

(3) The sound of the waves was so tempting; the shore was illumined under the moonlight as it a
perfect setting for people with common understanding and sympathy

(4) Both of them stopped just as though; what they felt and beheld at that very moment had
captivated them. So they decided to sit on the moistened sand while the seawater was
dampening their feet.

(5) This place is so beautiful, isn't it?", Died mumbled.

(6) Eddi just nodded, but seemed his senses were not with him. Died consciously asked Eddi’s
muteness.

(7) “Is there anything wrong. huh?", Died queried with a bit of weariness.

(8) “Nothing is wrong. And I'm alright", responded Eddi trying to make up for his stillness.

(9) Died concealed her deep sigh and this made her certain that everything would turn perfectly
well.

(10) Died was how confident that she could speak of the truth to Eddi. She had been thinking that
Eddi was always ready to hear her side, but her mind was battling for her unspoken truths
whether to verbalize those or to waste the situation no matter how subjective the
circumstances was.

(11) Eddi initiated the talking.

(12) "How are you able to find this such lovely place?”, Eddi asked Died sincerely.

(13) Died was not able to reply forthwith, she was astounded that Eddi was now talking.

(14) "I've been here once. I was with friends the last time", she declared.

(15) Eddi neared his body to her. He was also chilled. She put her head on his shoulder. He did not
move nor tried to show an act of rejection.

(16) “ ‘Am so glad you're here with me", uttered she with a heavy breath.

(17) To her surprise Eddi leaned his head on hers.

(18) "Can't believe that this is happening to me now", she spoke with confidence.

(19) "Am I not included", whispered he with complete smile on his face.

(20) "of course... to us", she decreed facing him.

(21) "What about her?" Died asked inaudibly.

(22) There was a deep silence... They never moved for a moment. Died stood and walked a few
steps, but Eddi remained.
(23) "What if she gets a whiff about this?", uttered Died without looking at him.

(24) He never spoke. He just glanced at her with a bit of concern.

(25) "We've been... for almost six years, and you know that. And this would not tumble what we
have built.", Eddi said.

(26) “What about me? How do you term my situation? Huh," Died spoke and she was a bit of
hysterical this time.

(27) He never answered back nor tried to defend what he had been telling her.

(28) “Whom am I for you? I can't contain the setup, can you still?" Died spoke with firmness.

(29) Eddi stood and went near her. He held her arms and told, "Nothing is permanent!”

(30) She couldn't hold her emotions anymore. She broke into tears and wanted to speak no more.

(31) “I have never deceived you. I've been truthful to you. You know my predicament since then”,
Eddi declared.

(32) Their eyes spoke the real truth within them... their souls submerged into phatic communion.

(33) Their lips unlocked and never feud a word of contention.

(34) This time Died succumbed to the unpleasant truths that marring her convictions.

(35) Somehow she knew that moments with him like this could never again be happening.

(36) They celebrated those moments with sheer content that these very moments were really theirs.

(37) “Nothing is permanent...” this echoed a number of times in her head, but she ascertained
herself that she will never be a nymph in that beach...

(38) So the story began... They swam... And drowned into each other's passion... So... the... story...
itself... began.
