1. What is the importance of learning about vision, mission and values?

- learning these three aspects of having a stabilize mindset will help you to see things in a
particular way, these would help you settle a good behavior, and a brighter sight of your future.
Vision, mission, and values, plays as a role for us to become a guidance to us achieving a good
personality and life.

2. Why do people fear changes in the “status quo”?

- People fear a departure from the status quo. For it implements change in one departure from the
way it has always been done. Those who were a part of the old way or who have another idea are
likely to be defensive of both. Others may simply dread the new day that changes may bring.

3. Define workplace diversity. Why should employees be encouraged to accept differences


among organization members?

- workplace diversity is diversity in the workplace means that a company hires a wide range of
diverse individuals. Diversity is often misconceived as solely multicultural matters, however it
also applies to diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexuality, language, educational,
background, and so on. Employees should be encouraged on accepting every individuals
differences, because not everybody has the same situation and have been put in their shoes to
know what there capacities is, being able to see things by considering your colleagues
individuality, will make you not just a good employee but a good human, that has a massive
knowledge about the society that, each differences matters in this environment.

4. Define operation management?

- Operations management is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of
efficiency possible within an organization. Operations management is concerned with converting
materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible.
