    Dear Mr. Wight


    I am a grade 12 student at RE Mountain Secondary School, graduating in June 2023. I
    saw your posting for the role of a counsellor at your camp, and I was immediately
    compelled to apply. My career goals align with the internship stated objectives, and I am
    confident that I have the right skills for the job.

    In addition to taking courses that improve my skills, I served as the rapporteur of my


    country’s chapter Model United Nations in the Students Council, and came out as one
    of the best. Beyond these extracurricular activities, I have actively volunteered at
    Children Day care and local home shelters back in Nigeria.

    I am a responsible individual who has a heart for children, and people in general. I am a
    multitasking go getter and can adapt to any environment I find myself. I am a fast
    learner, and I am dedicated to completing every task I lay my hands on to do. I am
    friendly and a great team player.

    Seeing as your company is one of the best camps in Langley, I’ll ensure that I make it
    better. I will also ensure the safety and comfort of every child that enrols into the camp
    this summer.
