    When the team is about to disband, it enters the adjourning stage. (McShane et al., 2021,

    pg. 96) This stage is a moment to acknowledge accomplishments and bring the team's work to a

    close. They concentrate on completing deliverables, finalizing documentation, and meeting

    reporting deadlines. From being task-oriented, the team shifts to a relationship focus. (McShane

    et al., 2021, pg. 96) The team may start to acknowledge the impending transition and the range

    of emotions they may be experiencing due to the team's impending dissolution.
