When our case study is nearing completion, everyone is cooperative and confident in each

member’s abilities. Everyone leans into the team’s goal and is satisfied with our progress.

Member 1 -ESFJ, as the acting leader, rarely intervenes with our work; instead, she helps when

needed. All team members learned to work autonomously on each of the assigned tasks. Every

member submitted their assigned task on time for compilation and formatting. During the time

that the case study needs final editing, which requires an APA format and according to the case

guidelines, APA formatting from OWL should be followed. A misunderstanding arose about

what APA format should be followed, whether the one member 1-ESFJ knows based on one of

her courses or the one the professor provided. This kind of conflict arose, but it was constructive

and related directly to the project rather than personal disagreements and had a minimal impact

on the team’s performance and morale. So, we ended up using the one that the professor

provided.

COHESIVENESS

In our team, we can conclude that we need more cohesion now. The low cohesion in the group

resulted from diverse team members. Our group members had different values, beliefs, and

attitudes that caused several conflicts as we started the case. As we continue to work together, we

look forward to increasing the group's stability by effectively interacting with each other,

spending more time with each other, and supporting each other to achieve our goals.
