Instructions - Peer and Self-Evaluation of Task Group Engagement & Process

Complete one (1) form for each member of your task group, including a self-rating. Provide a thoughtful
and honest assessment of your or your peer’s engagement and performance in the task group this
semester based on each category. For each category provide a rating from 1-3 (see rating scale) along
with comments, examples, or explanations that will help me understand your ratings.
