Feedback on team dynamics:

1. How effectively did your group work? (Explain, and write minimum 150 words)

My co-workers did an excellent job on their part, Lia was once again the one who gave the initiative to organize everything, from
assembling the base, creating the drive, sending emails, organizing and distributing the topics, I feel that she is the leader of the team
who directs us what to do. On the other hand, Nanea was always very aware of work in general, she is the one who does the hard
work; that is, go through all the sources and extract the most important points from each one, she can simply say that they work really
well! For my part, I am supportive, I help with the issues of citations, references and complement in what Lia and Nanea have written.

2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? (Explain, and write
minimum 150 words)

Everyone's behavior was very necessary in every part of the job. As I had mentioned in the previous question, Lia is the one who
organizes part by part and gives a sense of organization, Nanea for her part reads the references and the most important details, this
time I felt that I could not contribute much, I was somewhat busy this week, it is no excuse, and I regret not having contributed enough
as they did, what I was able to rescue from my support was that I tried to increase what they wrote and focused on the fact that the
references are good.

3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?
(Explain, and write minimum 150 words)

This time I think I know how to work with a group that speaks a language other than mine, using emails is a good way to
communicate and coordinate things to do, this time I have also learned to be more punctual, again as I said in the previous question , I
felt that I was not very helpful but that the little that I helped was very important for the work, next time I will have to order my week
and be more compliant with them, because she made it incredible.
