2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain.
For me, I actually did a behavior which is detrimental for my group, as every thing was in a good order, but my alarm accentually go
wrong at the day when our group is going to take the presentation, and as for this reason I came late to the class which make my
group’s work become not perfect.

Xiong did a really invaluable behavior for our group to finally make the presentation success, because while I first get into our ge
group, it was Xiong took a job as the leader of the group, she guided the group members to do the work in order, and she
4. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?
Always take the job serious and do a work with a heart to make it into perfect one, cause your work is not only have a effect on your
own, it also will effect the other members in the same group. And check the alarm twice when you are going to sleep, never be late for
the presentation, don’t make every one’s work not perfect enough because of the late.
