Everyone was very active and full of ideas that is why we finished our project in an organized manner and only in a short
span of time.
2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain.
Everyone’s behavior was actually in accordance to our situation since we agreed to meet face to face during the making of
our project, we made sure everyone followed the health protocols before we started for (of course) everyone’s safety.
3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?
That not because you think/see one of your members is useless, you’ll discard them right way, remember that everyone
has their own strengths and weaknesses and it’s your job as the leader (OR sometimes even as a group member) to make
use of it as you can see fit.
Be very observant and also considerate (Especially these trying times. Not everyone has the same situation as yours. 😊)
