1. How effectively did your group work?

As a result, we get to collaborate on this project with my excellent classmates. Working in a group teaches us to listen to one
another, appreciate differences of opinion, and be supporting of one another. Together with each other, we generated a lot of ideas for the
project and its final product. I value the mutual experience we have. Responsibility is in my opinion, the most crucial component for
flawless work completion. Additionally, the guidance I receive from the lecturers during the course is really beneficial to my profession.
His significant passion is evident when he teaches us in class each week.

2. Your contribution to the report and to the group work.

I completed all duty assigned to me by the team leader. Collaboration was one of the main things in my group performed at. We all
contributed different thoughts and approaches to the group project, which all went really well with our own presenting styles.
Additionally, this taught us all many methods that I might be able to apply in the future.

3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience? ( What
went well in the group work ? What could be improved in the group work?)
Whenever working on a group project, team members must learn how to interact effectively in order to share their
ideas. Group tasks that require you to listen to others and share complaints teach you how to work together with
others. You get knowledge on how to divide up duties and communicate for reaching a common objective. I learned to
understand that each team member contributes special abilities and viewpoints. It is possible to use this range of skills
to improve the quality of the job. My next group experience will be more focused on identifying or developing each
team member's special skills. We were looking for topics when we might match each other, and we discussed the status
of the project, and organized frequently scheduled meetings to exchange ideas. Our team of working connection got
stronger with time, and we became capable to produce good results together. Create specific targets for the group
project and let everyone know what is expected of them. This makes it clearer to everyone how is needed to succeed.
Encourage members of the group to communicate in a helpful and open environment.
