Our group did amazingly well. We’ve worked effectively, as the objectives were clear. Each member was
encouraged to participate. There were meetings and brainstorming sessions held so that each participant could contribute and
have tasks to do.
2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain.
Collaboration: Our team members actively collaborated, shared ideas, and worked together to greatly enhance our
productivity and problem-solving capabilities.
Communication: Effective communication is crucial for our team’s success. Members who express their thoughts clearly,
actively listen, and provide constructive feedback contribute to a positive team environment.
3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?
As a group, by doing this performance task, we learn to respect one another, especially in our time because many of our
members need to do mural painting. That’s why we allotted time to film so that each member could be available and finish the
whole video, as well as respecting other members ideas and opinions on how to make the film effectively and efficiently.
However, we will carry this experience into our Grade 12 experience to effectively complete all the necessary tasks by
respecting one another’s opinions and time.
