Feedback on team dynamics:

1. How effectively did your group work? Did the team adhere to the team contract?
The group work was very successful as every member was ready to work collaboratively with one another. Besides, every
member was ready eager to achieve the set goals and facilitate the success of the project. Also, the team adhered to all the
guidelines stipulated in the contract.

2. Were the behaviours of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain.

The behaviors of the individual team member are what contributed to the success of the project. For instance, some members
went the extra mile to device some ways which were beneficial to the success of the project. Critical thinking and problem-
solving are some of the behaviors that enhanced the success of the project.

3. How did you contribute to the performance of the group (or did your actions hold your team back in any way)?
My contribution to the teamwork was notable, following my capacity to coordinate most of the project activities and
operations. For instance, whenever the team members stuck on some issues, I was eager to seek help from the experts who
are knowledgeable about matters related to this project. This is important as it ensured that all the operations were running as
expected.

4. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?

What I have learned in this group work is the importance of working collaboratively and distribution of roles according to the
skills and ability. In our team, the responsibilities were divided according to the capacity and the skills possessed by every
member of the team. This ensured optimum performance as well as better outcomes.
