Appropriately organized and reinforce abilities that are necessary for both solo and group projects, such as the capacity to:
Divide difficult jobs into manageable chunks and stages. Time management and planning: Through dialogue and clarification,
understanding is improved.

2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain.

Members of the team particularly valued each other’sto work together and share their knowledge and experiences. The good
behavior of team members was important because it helped to keep the workplace culture positive. A lack of commitment to the
goals and placing one’s own interests ahead of the team’s are both bad for the behavior of the team. Opinion bias and team
conflicts are detrimental to collaboration as well.

3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience?

One of the lessons from working in a group on this project that will be applied to the next group experience is communicating
with team members to foster understanding.
