(e-MAF) for Retail Trade and Network
Development Group

We are pleased to inform you that the web-based Merchant Affiliation Form (e-MAF) for Retail
and Network Development Groups is now complete and ready for use beginning March 29, 2021.

The automated processing of MAFs, aside from creating a paperless transaction, will also serve
as an information portal for Cards Business Group (CBG), Loyalty Group, Payables Accounting
Section (PAS), Cards Operations Group, Management Information Systems Department (MISD),
when updating vendor/merchant records in SAP. With the e-MAF platform, Sales Trades may now
create and submit the form using the web-based version leading to automated approval for faster
processing time, paperless transaction, and automatic upload in SAP via customer master
extension. Upon successful launching, the system will be properly handed over to Loyalty Group,
Cards Business Group and Management Information Systems Department for a streamlined
system management.
