eat. A lot of people eat unhealthy foods and forget to eat the right food that our
body need.
Eating healthy foods has many benefits. Such as it supports brain
development. Helps achieve and maintain a healthy weight. It also improve mood
and mental health. It increases body energy level, for work and play. Eating
healthy foods reduces stress and boosts immunity. And of course a person lives
longer without health problems.
In conclusion, eating healthy foods needs to be a requirement for everyone
especially for children. We don’t need to buy expensive foods or spend too much
