CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

We are pleased to offer you employment as a TYRE MAN on a contract basis subject to your
acceptance of the terms and conditions herein under contained.

1. Commencement and Period of Employment

Your employment will be deemed to commence on 01st January 2023, expiring on 30th June
2023 unless terminated in accordance with any of the provisions of this contract. After the period,
this contract may be renewed by the Company at its sole option for a further period giving one (1)
month written notice.

2. Gross Salary

You shall be paid an all in gross salary of RM1,500 per month inclusive Basic Salary. No gratuity
will be paid on termination, resignation or dismissal from employment.

3. Employee Provident Funds Act (EPF)

You shall contribute from your salary to EPF in accordance as required by the Inland
Revenue Department or any deductions which may be required or imposed by the relevant
authorities.

4. Social Security Organization (Socso)

You shall contribute from your salary to SOCSO in accordance as required by the Inland
Revenue Department or any deductions which may be required or imposed by the relevant
authorities.

5. Notice of Termination

Either party may terminate the Contract of Employment at any time by giving the other party
one (1) month’s notice in writing or by the payment one (1) month’s salary in lieu of such
notice without the necessity of assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Hours of Work
Employees are required to work such hours and days as the Company directs from time to
time.

Without prejudice to the foregoing :

a. Ordinary hours of work are 48 hours per week spread over six (6) working days;
normally from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Saturday). Lunch break is for one hour.

b. Generally, Sunday are rest day.

c. Advance notice before 3 hours is required for any leave.

d. To report on duties on any emergency needs.

7. Leave
You will be eligible for a prorated annual leave of 12 working days per year during your
contract period. If you fail to report for duty for two (2) consecutive working days without
informing the management or without any leave application, your employment is deemed
terminated by you without notice and/or disciplinary action may be taken against you if it is
deemed necessary. You will be eligible for six (6) days medical leave in a year where no
hospitalization is necessary with medical letter support.

8. Public Holidays
Public Holidays are granted as announced by the Sarawak Chinese Chamber. You shall be
compensated with leave in lieu on working during the day (s).

9. Summary Dismissal

If at any time during your employment hereunder you are found guilty if any misconduct, or
neglect in the discharge of your duties, or commit any breach of the provisions herein
contained, or failed to carry out your duties assigned to you to the satisfaction of the
Company or commit any act prejudicial to the interest of the Company, the Company may
summarily dismiss you after due inquiry.

10. Confidential Information

You shall not except as authorized or required by your duties, reveal or divulge to any
person(s), Company or body any if the trade secrets or confidential pertains processes or
dealings or any information concerning the Company or any of its associate Companies
proprietary data which may come to your knowledge during your employment hereunder and
shall keep with complete secrecy all confidential information entrusted to you.
11. Other Terms

a. You are advised to take up an insurance coverage on personal account for any accidents
that may occur during your contract of service with the Company.

If you shall at any time incapacitated or prevented by illness, injury, accident or other
circumstances beyond your control thus preventing you from discharging your full
duties, and if you have been absent from work or sick leave for a period of 3 months
and there appears to be little like hood of your return to normal duty, the Company
reserves the right to discontinue this coverage without any notification.

The other terms of employment shall be those from time to time laid down by the
Company generally for contract employees in your category and the Company its
absolute discretion may vary such terms from time to time.

b. Time whenever mentioned shall be of the essence of this Contract of Employment.

c. You shall maintain a positive work attitude during your employment with the Company.

12. Acceptance of Offer

Kindly confirm your acceptance of the above by signing and returning to us the duplicate
hereof.
