PERMISSION TO PERFORM VOLUNTARY SERVICE AT THE

DEPARTMENT OF SUPERVISORY MANGEMENT- KEVIN ROSE

I hereby apply to continue performing duty at the Department of Supervisory and

Management. I commenced working at the Department on July 06 2015 through the
National Youth Service Programme. My service will expire on the 24th of July, 2015.

I would really appreciate your permission to continue working at the department

from Mondays to Fridays, commences on Monday July 27 th 2015 to December 04, 2015.
I know that the department would be unable to pay me. However, I would like to remain
useful by volunteering my time to the Department of Supervisory Management for the
period.

The supervisors at the department disseminated valuable information as well as

they displayed professionalism throughout my daily routine. I hope to learn more while
preparing for the University of the West Indies in the upcoming year.
