“25 Years Term in Presidential Sit Act”

EXPLANATION:
This act focuses on adding more years in presidential sit.It impose 25
years term of the president in running the Republic of the Philippines. Six years is not
enough in transforming the country in total development. That’s why this should be
impose in order to innovate this country in terms of ; Businesses, national defense,
development of agencies , Innovation in terms of welfare, infrastructure, and
agricultural factors.
This act impose has sub-link, “Expulsion of the President through
Peoples preemptive Declaration”. This sub-link implies that , when the elected
president’s management is not pertinent for the people of the countryand the
country itself, the people of the Philippines can expel the elected President in his
/her position. And the voting process for the president will be conduct.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION:


Hence, the exertion of this act can provide a total innovation in the
Republic of Philippines. In concerning with the factors that are effective in
developing the country. So, the implementation of this act is the key to gain the
absolute upheaval of the Philippines.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES:


The advantage of this act are the successive statements; adding years in
presidential sit can innovate the country continuously. The management of country’s
innovation is under the single administration. To strengthen more the national
consciousness and promote desirable values in the country.
On the other hand, the disadvantage of this act are; the action of
electing of a new President is another long term process. The country’s development
is delayed. The management of the whole country is given not permanently in the
Vice-President.
“Service Rating Policy”

Explanation:
All service policy, provider internet, entertainment electricity under
Philippine Rating Department should be under the rating rating department handling
applicable institution like companies and provider. All people under the provider
specially those who wants to avail this service should register to the Rating
Department connected to the provider thru application and validation of customer
identity.

Conclusion:
If we have service rating policy or department, we have a service quality
to the companies that all providers involved is service rating. In this institution or
law, you will get what you pay for.

Recommendation:
If you are belong or part of this Service rating policy you should be
registered with this. Service rating policy will monitor all the performance of all
providers. If they failed, it can affect their performance like internet. They should
maintain their rating, if they can’t they should pay for it because it is in the Law of
Service Rating Policy.

Advantage:
Less complain, more quality services

Disadvantage:
They will rate the performance of provider, if the result is low, quarterly
or early the rating the department will give a memo indicating how many months
they have to fix their performance because there is a chance to lose their companies.
“TWO CHILD POLICY FOR EVERY FAMILY”

EXPLANATION:
This policy aims curbing the high population growth that cause poverty
in the Philippines wherein each family sets to a limitation of having only two
children. A two-child policy has previously been used in several countries including
Iran, Singapore, Vietnam, and in China that replaced their country’s previous one-
child policy.This can be a strategy to save our country from poverty which is merely
caused by overpopulation that became one of the problem we have here in the
Philippines that also prevents us to develop economic growth. That after a mother
gave birth to the second child, she is required to be ligated which is free to prevent
another pregnancy. Any person who violates this act will be penalize of Arresto
Mayor, which should be served by the father of the family, and shall pay the a fine of
Php.150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand pesos). If the ligation failed, the
pregnant woman will undergo abortion with a written consent from her. These
women had to abide the following regulations: the abortion must be conducted by a
registered practitioner, the pregnancy should be less than 12 weeks, and the
pregnant woman should be a citizen of the Philippines.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION:


Therefore, the implementation of this act will provide a benefit not only
for the country itself but also to its people. The main purpose of this policy is to
govern our population that can cause to some effects like poverty that will destroy
the life of the Filipino’s. This policy will help children to receive quality schooling with
a better job opportunities and high earning in the future.

ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGES:


The advantages of this act are the following; slow downs population
growth, help reduce poverty, less people more chance for the government to
improve their service to the citizens, the parents will have less stress and can focus
more to their children, the quality education can be serve because lots of scholarship
program opportunities, the parents don’t have to spend more necessities, and
unemployment can be reduced.
On the other hand, the considered disadvantage of this act are; conflict
with those people who still follows old traditions, can be difficult for families who
wants more than two children, can result to legal abortion, can create economic
pressure in the families, and can result to falling birth rates.
