Meeting someone

Bob: Hi Sarah! You’re back! How was your trip to San Francisco?

Sarah:It was incredible! I fell in love with the city, its bay and I met a lot of nice people there.

Bob: But tell me, what did you do?

Sarah: Well, I did so many things! First of all, I wanted to see the Golden Gate Bridge, so I went to
Embarcadero Avenue and I took a bay cruise. When we left the shore, I could see the beautiful
skyline of San Francisco. Then, the boat approached the Golden Gate and passed underneath. On
the way back I saw Alcatraz island.

Bob: It sounds great! Did you go to any museums?

Sarah: Of course I did. I adored the SFMOMA, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. I also visited
the De Young Museum. From its modern tower you can see the whole city and the bay area. But I
didn’t have the time to visit the Academy of Sciences and its famous living roof.

Bob: And what other places did you visit?

Sarah: I went to China Town. I walked along the beaches of the Great Highway on the Pacific
shore. I also took the cable car to see the traditional Victorian houses of San Francisco, and so
much more!

Bob: What a wonderful experience! I hope you took a lot of pictures!
