UCU SMART CLASSROOMS POWER MANAGEMENT THROUGH FINGER

PRINT ACCESS

Abstract

This invention relates to a flat iron cordless tool and, in particular, to a system in

which a flat iron is electrically energized but not connected by a cord to a house

current outlet. In view of this item, the invention's equipment includes a flat iron,

an ironing board, and a modified circuit in a box. The iron consists of a single

plate of conductive material and a handle isolated from the sole plate electrically

and thermally. In its normal operating position, the ironing board defines a

supporting surface that is approximately horizontal, directed upwardsThe circuit

used includes a high frequency oscillator and at least one coil that is secured to

the ironing board and generates a magnetic field of a polarity that alternates at

high frequency above the supporting surface of the work so that when the flat

iron is placed on the surface it can inductively transmit energy to the sole plate.

A primary purpose of the invention is to provide a cordless flat iron inductive

device which maintains the basic advantages of the existing iron that is not

burdened by a cord or cable while allowing energy to be supplied to its sole plate

while the iron is in use.

Introduction

These papers are focus on how does an inductive flat iron works, and how

does this device more effective to use than a conventional one. This plan is

aimed at minimizing the use of electricity. Inductive flat iron only uses about

Because instead of turning the teacher off the main breaker manually no need

to .The device has already programmed the teacher's schedule, which will be

followed by the microcontroller for how long the power can be used. And when

his class time is up automatically the main breaker dies and no need to

manual .Because it's got a real-time clock and room planning time. With the aid

of even the classroom being abandoned and the students being forced to charge

their cell phones, they couldn't do it because there was no power in the room.

This project can greatly assist the university in managing electricity usage.

Because instead of using other university funds to pay for electricity. These can

be used in other schools funds such as beautification of university scenery to

attract more students to enroll.

Conceptual framework

This project study conceptualized by the two primary concepts.to manage

the usage of electricity of a certain room, also the automatic switch on and off of

Methodology

Researchers found several hypotheses in this study and collected

expertise and thoughts in various resources to develop adequate data

information content to support the research.

Research methods are available through books, journals, technical

papers, informative magazines and websites. The researchers are looking for

several knowledge and thoughts on how to innovate a traditional Flat iron by

using internet data to make the said project more effective and adaptable in

these contemporary days. The research also underwent a brainstorming process

to fully optimize the project prototype device that would produce a better outcome

that is different to the current device concept.

Prototyping is a method of rapidly placing together a working module or

prototype to test different aspects of the design, to demonstrate concepts or

characteristics, and to collect early feedback from the user. Prototyping is often

seen as an essential aspect of the system design process, where it is thought to

decrease danger and cost.

This project survey will be followed by a project block diagram.

Researchers use the research block diagram to provide a substantial form of

data to support the study as shown in Figure 1.2.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis. In these procedures, the notion of an

current device is explored in order to comprehend its operating principle and to

help the various issues that scientists may experience while conducting this

survey. The researchers used internet-based, library-based researchers after

having the information and data needed, and according to professional and

engineer interviews they knew about the advantage and disadvantage of

gathering the information needed for the study.

Preliminary Design. Once the information and data needed to support the

project have been collected, the initial design will be put in place to provide

suggestions for the construction of the project. In the design process, it is

necessary to have an idea or a concept of how to construct a prototype, or how

to start a design. At this point, all the prototype materials, parts and modules are

produced.

Project Development. After all the necessary materials have been obtained, the

next operation will be prototype manufacturing. The entire schematic layout has

to be placed in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), noting that all necessary

materials have to be carefully and correctly placed in order to avoid the problem

in the prototype and to minimize costs for the researchers.

Project Testing. Completed the prototype assembly using the micro controller,

the finger print access will be screened to ensure that the prototype works well,

so no other matter will be performed. It also involves testing time trials to see

how the prototype can manage and comply with specific ideas.

Project Refining. The nearly final structure will be subject to further

improvement and minor modifications to make it aesthetically acceptable in terms

of its functionality. The prototype undergoes a slight change to display it in such a

manner that it can be presented. When a need arises, rearrangement of parts

and modules will be performed. Then consideration is given to enhancing its

appearance.

Final Project. The final project is the completed design prototype undergoing

preliminary design, development, testing, alteration, and improvement.

The researchers have carried out a long process of planning and designing the

mechanisms of the circuit working circuit. The design of the printed board is

carried out together with the acquisition of the necessary parts for the prototype

assembly.

After the prototype has been constructed, the researchers undergo some

testing prior to this study to ensure that the project is working efficiently. As the

researcher noted the efficiency of the production project, the next one will be put

in the covered housing and connected to the Resorts World Building per panel

situated at Urdaneta City University.

Planning and Designing of Prototype. The researchers carry out the planning

and design of the prototype circuit layout and select the required parts. It requires

the research six (6) weeks to complete their planning and design. The study of

the features of each element was also regarded in the design of the circuit

necessary for the construction of the project. It will make the research closer to

the required idea by applying this distinct practice.

Obtaining needed components. The scientists need to obtain the necessary

equipment and parts to construct the project in this portion. All materials must be

accurate in order to guarantee the project's required result without breaking in

owing to inappropriate components. It takes the scientists four (4) weeks to get

all the necessary components.

Hardware development

This design sees each diagram and chart's database. The design team

works towards the completion of the specifications for the design and

subassemblies, product elements, and manufacturing process. The apparent

advantage of increased flexibility from the diagrams is that the parts are arranged

to determine the charts ' flows.

This study of the project are concentrated on four key components:

Sensors as the input, micro-controller unit as the processor of the system, relays

and door access as the output. The preliminary block diagram is shown in Figure

The system includes two way of inputs to assist the system function

effectively. The fingerprint device serves as a biometric for a person who has

access to a certain classroom. The keypad is the second way to access the

classroom when the fingerprint device fails.

After gathering on the inputs, we are going to use the main control unit to

process the signal. The MCU also has real-time clock to monitor the logging of

and out of an instructor. Then the MCU send signals to the relays that serves as
