Descriptive research design is the most suitable research design in conducting a study

to understand the criminal behavior. It is because descriptive research design aims to

describe a specific phenomenon. It basically answers the "what, where, when, how"
questions rather than "why". From the term itself, "descriptive" means describing some
things that are related to the existence of a current situation. In this regard, it would be
the best research design to incorporate in studies in understanding the criminal behavior

have their courage to kidnap them. After some days, there are confirmation news
verifying that the missing people have been found dead somewhere. This makes people

descriptive research design, it would be beneficial to society since it would contain
information describing the prevalence of the crimes nowadays. Together with the
description of this specific phenomenon, they would be able to define the potential
reasons that they have why they are conducting these kinds of behaviors. By
incorporating these kinds of information to the research together with the help of
descriptive research design, people can somehow understand the behaviors of criminals,
regardless of the patterns and flows. Therefore, these are the reasons why descriptive
research design is suitable in making research for this aspect.
