The school should dedicate a tech team to constantly monitor and update the school’s
website. The curriculum should be updated so that students from other schools who have
shown interest in enrolling the school would be informed correctly. The IT department of the
school should also be in good communication with the registrar since most of the information of
the student is erroneous, maybe because the registrar is not really knowledgeable on navigating
the school’s website. A manual containing an instruction for every process is also recommended
so that the registrar can educate themselves and learn to solve problems themselves without
depending so much on the IT department.

● Accessible reports about grades, classes, fee structure, etc.
● Portal is the best way to attract more students and users.
● It provides access to library service,
● It also provides students course information and materials.
● It offers a self-service solution for students to get their administrative tasks done.

Among the 3 possible solutions of SDC, which do you prefer to follow? Why?
The best solution for SDLC is to customize our own software. Although it might be
costly, it is the most suitable solution since we can assure that we can maximize and utilize
every module and features. You can build exactly what you want and need. We can ensure that
we are getting the most of our money because it is tailored to our organization’s processes and
transactions.
