A. Advantage
Zynga is notorious for its intense and competitive work environment and long hours.
Which led one of its employees exposed its wrongdoings such as upper management
encouraging them to copy its competitors games. Thus, it is suggested that Zynga should
restricting its organizational chart, and hire an upper management that has fresh and
innovative ideas. Someone that has knowledge about the market they are in. Zynga
requires a shift in its culture as well as a new point of view. A fresh viewpoint can be
gained by the recruitment of new high-level executives from other successful
organizations, such as Electronic Arts.

B. Disadvantage
The high turnover rate of employees and investors is one of the disadvantages of this
strategy. This is because employees would be concerned about how secure their position
is in the event that a restructuring ever takes place. Employees' primary concern at the
moment is the security of their jobs, and there are also investors who are occasionally
opposed to the restructuring of the organization because it puts their investments in the
company in risk, which causes them to withdraw their investment from the company.
