(Yesica Kunzle) Composition.

1. You have seen the notice below at the end of an article in a magazine.
The article was entitled "Too Much Too Young" and consisted of a number of people who became
rich and famous when they were very young describing the effects that this had on their lives. You
decide to send in your article in response to the notice.
 
 
"As we regularly do, we are asking you, the readers. to add your contribution on the subject of one
of our featured articles. So tell us what you think. Do young people get given too much too soon in
their lives? We don´t just mean famous youngsters, we mean youngsters in general. Are they
spoilt? Do their parents indulge them too much? May be you have personal experience you would
like to share with the readers. We´ll print some of your articles in future editions.

"Too Much Too Young"

There are moments in our lives where it is really important to choose the best decision to follow up and
the most important is to be sure about the choice we have made, because the decision took in the past
could affect our future aspects in the life. We can take decisions when we decide what to study, and this
affect directly to us, not involve other persons but when the thing is to grow up a child, there are most
things to be considered, and one of these is what to give and how much to give, always taking care of
which education we have decided to our children.

Nowadays, the life has turned into a commercial life’s style, since we get up, we see several products that
are invented to be commercialized and regrettably these new products take our attention and then we
finish buying them. This background is the same to young people, but unlike us to them is worst because
when you are a child in your world coexist another things that to theirs parents could not be important
but for the kids these could mean an entire world. One of these things is the Competency, and it is seeing
frequently at school, we can realize when it is presented, for example when your child does not stop of
asking you several things, as new toys, cars, etc. This is one method to discover when your child need
something more of their parents and use this channel “asking several things” to take the attention. It is
good to give new toys, cars but when these new products are not enough, this could be a problem and it
is the responsibility of the parents to stop and to see what is going on in the education of their children.

Finishing, there are things that one person should never forget and these are Love and Respect and these
two things appear when your children began to appreciate the things that they have and not what they
lack to.
2. As part of an assignment you have been asked to write a report analyzing the organization where
you work, or the institution where you study. Write your report, commenting on the organizational
structure of the place, its strengths and weaknesses, and the performance and attitude of those
who are in charge and those who work or study there.
